Review textbook sections 6.7, 6.8, & 6.9

To start, Create a verbal scale.
- Remember: scale is expressed as "distance on map" = "distance outside"
- Use metric units (cm & km)
- Simplify to 1 cm = ___ km
Measure the distance in cm on the photo and convert it to km using the scale you just created.
Consider the hint. Read the textbook section 6.7
Use the stereo glasses to look at the Fig. 7-20. Look at the lakes along the North Fork Toutle River. How did they form?
Look in the text at the figures on page 150. Which feature is a good match?
